Service Description

Life Coaching is a service that focuses on assisting you in establishing fulfillment in your daily living.  I will assist you identifying your life purpose; building self esteem, stress and anger management;  improving your communication with others, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle Services are conducted on video and in person for local clients. Package plans are available with prepayment of 2 or more sessions in a month.
