With over 30 years of experience, I am a master-level pre-licensed social worker and life coach who has worked both domestically and internationally. I use a combined approach from both professions to help clients identify, embrace, and love their authentic selves. I guide clients in managing their anxiety and developing effective ways to cope with depression and other life challenges. Living authentically is being keenly aware of who you are and your values and feeling self-assured in expressing yourself honestly and consistently to the world. Beyond Your Surface, LLC (BYS) provides Life Coaching and Professional Listening Services.
BYS offers services to assist others in exploring themselves beyond what is presented to the world everyday. Most days, many people present what the world has molded them to be and it has become a "norm". However, there is more to what meets the eye, and it maybe suppressed under the emotions and perceptions created by the experiences in life. Changing your thoughts and perception changes your life.
Life Coaching services assist you in recognizing your great qualities and how to use them to create the life you desire and deserve.
​Professional Listening services are short term and provides a safe and confidential platform for you to share whatever is on your mind without judgement or unsolicited opinions. You will receive inspirational conversation that aims to help you feel better about your identified issue or matter.
